RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want every JEEDÉ order to arrive safely and in good condition.

1. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired products

Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order if the product is damaged or leaking, different from the order, expired upon delivery, missing from the shipment, or has a manufacturing defect.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs or a video showing the shipping package, product, batch or expiry information, and the problem found.

After reviewing the claim, COPPER BLUE SOLUTION COMPANY LIMITED may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate. If the issue was caused by us or the delivery process, the customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Change-of-mind returns

For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened, unsealed, used, or partially consumed food products cannot be returned due to a change of mind.

Unopened products in their original, undamaged, and resalable condition may be eligible for return where required by applicable consumer law. Please contact us before returning any product. Products returned without prior approval might not be accepted.

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or related charges.

3. International orders

International customers are responsible for checking local import restrictions before ordering. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. Any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer's country or region remain unaffected by this policy.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or the refund is otherwise required by law.
